These boob-themed cupcakes are part of the Great Boob Bake Off which launches on the 17th June 2020 by @southamptonubt in aid of promoting breast cancer awareness and raising money for @coppafeelpeople!

I am a Biology student at the University of Southampton and I am also a member of the committee for the Southampton University Boob Team which promotes breast cancer awareness on campus! The 17th June 2020 marks the launch of our virtual Great Boob Bake Off where we are asking people to nominate each other, bake boob-themed cupcakes and donate to our JustGiving page with all the money going directly to CoppaFeel!

Ingredients
150g Caster Sugar
150g Margarine
3 Medium Eggs
150g Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
1/2tsp Xantham Gum
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Vanilla Extract
For the buttercream you will need 100g margarine and 200g Icing Sugar.
Method
1. Mix the butter and caster sugar together. 2. Add the the flour and the eggs. 3. Add the baking powder, xantham gum and vanilla extract. 4. Spoon into cupcake cases which are lining a cupcake baking tray. 5. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes. 6. For the buttercream, cream together the butter and icing sugar. Split into two batches and add cocoa powder to one half and natural pink colouring into the other. Pipe onto the cupcake and add a jelly tot on top 🙂
