Spooky Gluten-Free Brownies šš«

I normally use packet mixes to make brownies but after running out I had to make my own! I didnāt realise they were actually so easy to makeš They do take longer in the oven, but actually it makes it easier to bake them to your favourite consistency! These were really gooey and probably couldāve done with 5 more minutes in the oven! But otherwise they were so chocolatey, and I added chocolate chips to the top and also some edible eyes for a Halloween twist šš» I also added some Hazel-Not Gwnables fromĀ @creativenatureĀ which were amazing (use ANNA10 for 10% off of their website š„³)!!Ā
Ingredients
- 100g Plain GF Flour 
- 50g Cocoa Powder 
- 250g Butter 
- 200g Chocolate 
- 4 Eggs 
- 280g Caster Sugar 
- Some Chocolate Chips, Gwnables and Fondant Eyes! 
Method
- Melt the butter and chocolate, separately in a microwave, and then mix together. 
- Sieve together the cocoa powder and plain flour. 
- In another bowl beat the eggs and caster sugar together. 
- Add the three mixes together and mix together some more! 
- Pour the mixture into a tin lined with baking paper. 
- Bake for about 45/50 minutes in the oven, adding the chocolate chips to the top half-way through! 
- Take them out and leave them to cool before slicing them.
