These cookies are really easy to make and only take 10 minutes in the oven! The addition of caramel nibbles made them so gooey!! These were inspired by @glutenfreealice’s recipe for triple chocolate cookies.
Ingredients
100g Margarine
75g Brown Sugar
50g Caster Sugar
Vanilla Paste
1 Medium Egg
160g Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
5tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Packet of Cadbury Caramel Nibbles
Method
Mix together the margarine, brown sugar, caster sugar and vanilla paste.
Add an egg to the mixture and combine.
Sift in the GF self-raising flour.
Split the mix in two and add cocoa powder to one.
Roll the dough into 12 small balls and place on a lined baking tray, well spaced out.
Chop the caramel nibbles into halves and sprinkle onto the tops of the mixture.
Put in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool until hardened.
