Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies! 🍪 I made them into nice round circles but they all managed to merge in the oven which is why they’re all weird shapes!

Ingredients

  1. 100g Butter

  2. 1tbsp Golden Syrup

  3. 100g Brown Sugar

  4. 150g GF Self-Raising Flour

  5. 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  6. 1/2 tsp Xantham Gum

  7. 50g Chocolate Chips

Method (For 10 Cookies)

  1. Mix the butter, golden syrup and brown sugar together in a bowl.

  2. Add the flour, cocoa powder, xantham gum and chocolate chips.

  3. Split the dough into 6 and flatten into circles. Make sure there’s enough space on the tray because otherwise they mould into one!

  4. Cook for 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
