Gluten Free Gingerbread House

Gluten Free Gingerbread Houses and Men.
Over Christmas I decided to make some gingerbread men and houses. I had seen a few gluten-free kits on Instagram but I decided that I would make my own! The recipe was so simple and the gingerbread turned out to be really good!
Ingredients
- 600g GF Plain Flour. 
- 2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda 
- 4tsp Ground Ginger. 
- 200g Dark Brown Sugar 
- 250g Stork Margarine 
- 7tbsp Golden Syrup 
- Vanilla Icing 
- Decorations including Sprinkles and Marshmellows. 
Recipe
1. Melt the margarine, golden syrup and sugar in a saucepan.
2. Meanwhile mix together the flour, ginger and bicarbonate of soda.
3. Add the two mixes together and mix some more.
4. Form a ball of dough and roll out onto non-stick baking paper.
5. Cut your gingerbread shapes using a sharp knife and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 14 minutes.
6. Then construction begins using the vanilla icing. Decorate using glutenfree sprinkles and marshmellows.
