Gluten Free Nut and Seed Bars š»š»

I made these seed and nut bars which work out to be so much cheaper than store-bought ones, plus you can choose the ingredients yourself! They are also really quick and easy to make!
Ingredients
- Peanut Butterš„ I usedĀ @pipandnutĀ -HoneyšÆšÆ 
- Coconut Oilš„„š„„ 
- Gluten Free Oats 𤩠I used @eattroo chamomile and ginger oats which gives them a lovely gingery flavour! 
- Packets of Seeds/Nuts of your choice- I mainly used pumpkin seeds and walnuts. š„š„ 
- Chocolate for the top!š«š« 
Method
- In a bowl, add peanut butter, honey and coconut oil. Put in the microwave to let them become gooey. 
- Add the liquid mix to a bowl full of oats and combine together. If the oats are not covered return to Step 1 to make some more! 
- Add any extras such as whole nuts, seeds or chocolate chips. 
- Flatten out the mixture onto a baking tray. 
- Add a layer of melted chocolate over the top. 
- Place in the fridge until hard and then cut into bars!
