Gluten Free Peach and Cherry Tarte Tatin 🍑🍒🍑

Today we found lots of tinned fruit at the back of cupboard which we decided to use and we also had some @jus_rol gluten free pastry in the fridge! I had served with vanilla icecream which I definitely recommend 

Ingredients

  1. * A tin of Sliced Peaches 🍑🍑

  2. * A tin of Black Cherries 🍒🍒

  3. * 75g Caster Sugar

  4. * 50g Unsalted Butter

  5. * 1 GF Puff Pastry Sheet Roll

Method

  1. In a pan, melt the sugar over a medium heat until it turns golden brown. Then take off the heat and stir in the butter with a wooden spoon.

  2. Arrange the peaches and cherries on top, with their cut face down. Leave for 20 minutes.

  3. Roll the pastry out and then cut a circle the same size as the top edge of the frying pan. Place on top of the peaches and cherries.

  4. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.

  5. Turn out the tart onto a large plate and serve with cream or icecream 🍦
