Gluten-Free Seeded White Bread 🍞 Using a Bread Maker.

I made this bread using my friend’s @panasonickitchen bread maker and I loved it!! I’ll definitely need to get one myself in the future! I used the @freeefoods GF White Bread Flour and made a few slight changes to the recipe found in the guide. Altogether a fresh loaf was baked in under 2 hours and for probably less than half the price of a usual GF Loaf! It tasted great too so would definitely recommend! 🤩🤩

Ingredients

  1. 320ml Water

  2. 1tsp White Wine Vinegar

  3. 4tbsp Vegetable Oil

  4. 1 Medium Egg

  5. 450g Dove’s Farm Gluten-Free Bread Flour

  6. 1tbsp Sugar

  7. 1tsp Salt

  8. 2tsp Yeast

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the mixing bowl.

  2. Put on the Menu 14 Setting, Medium Crust for 1 hour 55 minutes.
