I made this bread using my friend’s @panasonickitchen bread maker and I loved it!! I’ll definitely need to get one myself in the future! I used the @freeefoods GF White Bread Flour and made a few slight changes to the recipe found in the guide. Altogether a fresh loaf was baked in under 2 hours and for probably less than half the price of a usual GF Loaf! It tasted great too so would definitely recommend! 🤩🤩
Ingredients
320ml Water
1tsp White Wine Vinegar
4tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Medium Egg
450g Dove’s Farm Gluten-Free Bread Flour
1tbsp Sugar
1tsp Salt
2tsp Yeast
Method
Add all of the ingredients to the mixing bowl.
Put on the Menu 14 Setting, Medium Crust for 1 hour 55 minutes.
