Ingredients
170g Plain Flour
2tsp Baking Powder and Xantham Gum
1/2tsp Sugar
2 Eggs Separated
230ml Milk or Dairy-Free Alternative
85g Melted Butter
Method
Sift flour, baking powder, xantham gum and salt into a bowl, then stir in sugar.
Put the egg yolks, milk and melted butter into a separate bowl and beat well. Then combine with dry ingredients.
Whisk egg whites in a bowl until stiff and fold into the other ingredients.
Put three tablespoons of mix into a pre-heated waffle maker- close and cook until golden brown.
