250g BUTTER
110g LIGHT BROWN
SUGAR
110g CASTER SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
285g PLAIN FLOUR
1/4 TSP XANTHAN GUM
WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
MINI MARSHMALLOWS
METHOD
MELT THE BUTTER IN A MICROWAVE AND THEN MIX IT TOGETHER WITH THE LIGHT BROWN SUGAR AND CASTER SUGAR.
ADD THE EGGS AND VANILLA EXTRACT.
THEN ADD THE FLOUR AND XANTHAN GUM AND MIX.
ADD A HANDFUL OF MARSHMALLOWS AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
LINE A SQUARE BAKING TRAY WITH BAKING PAPER AND POUR THE
ADD SOME SPARE CHOCOLATE CHIPS ON TOP!
BAKE IN THE OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES AT 180°C.
IT SHOULD STILL BE QUITE GOOEY IN THE MIDDLE, BUT MAKE SURE IT IS
NOT RUNNY. TAKE OUT OF THE OVEN AND WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE COOL
BEFORE CUTTING AND EATING!
